How do I book an inflatable?

Our bussiness hours for new bookings are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Saturdays 9 am to 12 pm

Do you deliver?

We sure do. We can deliver, set it up and pick it up. However, there is an additional delivery fee.

Can we pick it up ourselves?

You sure can. You will need a truck or an suv. We can aslo walk you through the set up process.

Question 4

How much power does the inflatable need?

Accepted Answer

A common household 15 amp power outlet is almost always enough. Sometimes it requires two power outlets on different circuits. It depends if there is more than one blower or if the inflatable is over 100 feet from the power outlet.

Question 5

Where can I set up the inflatable?

Accepted Answer

You can set it up on grass, concrete or indoors. It should be a flat surface with at least 10 x 10 feet of clearance. Always check for any obstructions like rocks, stumps, sprinkers or poo.

What kind of supervision is required?

For the safety of the participants, each unit requires at least one adult supervisor at all times. Supervisors should monitor the children and make sure they're acting in a responsible manner.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order. We understand that plans can change and so can the weather. Give us a call before the delivery and we will make an acception on a case by case situation. Please give at least 24 hour notice should you decide to cancel.

How far in advance should I order?

It’s a good idea to book as early as possible to secure your preferred date and castle. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so booking several weeks in advance is recommended.

How long can I rent an inflatable for?

Typically it's for one day. Additional days can be added.

Are the inflatables clean?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental.

Question 11

Will you charge to clean the inflatable?

Accepted Answer

We expect to receive our inflatables back in clean condition. We will not charge for grass or leaves or water. However if the inflatable has stains, silly string or mud in it there could be a cleaning charge. please treat it as your own. The inflatable will be inspected before it is picked up at your location.
